01 / INSTALL
DOWNLOAD & LAUNCH ARCADEBOX ARCHIVE
Download the ArcadeBox Archive software and run it on your PC to get started.
02 / CREATE MASTER FILE
SETUP NEW GAME – STEP 1
In the “Setup New Game” tab, create a Master File. This generates a unique ArcadeBox Master File that our platform can identify and register to your ArcadeBox account library.
03 / WRITE TO MEDIA
SAVE OR BURN YOUR MASTER FILE
Save or copy the Master File to your desired physical media, or burn it onto a disc (Step 2) if you prefer using optical media.
04 / LOAD MASTER FILE
INSERT, MOUNT, OR CONNECT
Insert the disc, connect your external physical media, or mount the local Master File. Then open the ArcadeBox default setup, or go directly to the “Setup New Game” tab in ArcadeBox Archive. Once the launch menu appears, select “Play” to enter the Setup New Game flow.
05 / SETUP NEW GAME
STEP 3 – SCAN YOUR MEDIA
Under Step 3 in the “Setup New Game” tab, select the drive letter on your PC that represents your external media (USB, SD, floppy disk, HDD, etc.) and click “Scan Drive”. If this Master File hasn’t been registered to your ArcadeBox account yet, you’ll be able to assign it to any Steam game you want and customize its intro video and menu image.
